Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our dance floor rental service. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible regarding refunds and cancellations.

Deposits & Payments

A $50 deposit is required to secure your event date.
Full payment is due on the day of the event, after installation.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the event date, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior, the deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue closure, natural disasters).
Once the dance floor is installed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of event changes or cancellations.
