Rental Terms

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve a rental date.

  • Full payment is due on the day of the event prior to the dance floor installation.

  • Once the dance floor is installed, all payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date.

  • Deposits may also be refunded in the case of uncontrollable circumstances, such as extreme weather or venue issues.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Rescheduling is permitted one time, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details including date, time, and location

  • Ensure that the venue is accessible, safe, and suitable for dance floor installation

  • Be available for coordination and communication on the event day

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met, or if event details have significantly changed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, property damage, or accidents occurring during or after use of the rented equipment

  • Delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures, third-party vendors)

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of [Your Business Name] and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

Privacy
